FAQ – 3D Molded Creations

Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: All items are handmade in-house and usually ship within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the carrier.

Q: Do the tumblers and glasses come with lids and straws?

A: Yep. Our tumblers come with a lid, and our Libby glasses include a bamboo lid and a reusable glass straw. No extra charge.

Q: Are the designs dishwasher safe?

A: We recommend hand-washing to keep your design looking sharp. Tumblers and glasses are durable, but dishwashers are basically tiny hurricanes with heat and soap. Play it safe.

Q: Do you take custom requests?

A: Absolutely. If you’ve got a design idea, shoot us a message. We’ll let you know if it can be done and how fast we can make it happen.

Q: What’s your return or refund policy?

A: Because everything is handmade, we don’t accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: Right here in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Small business, family-run, no overseas mystery factories.

Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

A: Yes. If you need a larger batch for gifts, events, or resale, reach out and we’ll work out pricing and turnaround.

Q: How are the designs put on the cups?

A: We use sublimation printing, which permanently bonds the design into the surface. That means no peeling vinyl or cheap stickers—it’s built to last.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment we only ship within the U.S. (because international shipping costs more than the actual cup).
